If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please return it for refund of the price paid less the freight charges with seven days of receipt.
Please email or call us to get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All returns must have this RGA number before they can be accepted as refunds.
Customer is responsible for the return freight.
Please make sure that the the goods are packed in its original packing and are sent back safe. Any goods received damaged will not be credited for a refund.
If an item was shipped freight free, the outgoing freight will be deducted from the refund price.
